Text Message Terms

Five Daughters Bakery LLC · last updated 10 September 2026

What the messages are

If you apply for a job with Five Daughters Bakery and tick the optional texting box, we may text you about that application. That means a confirmation when we receive it, and messages about next steps — arranging a time to meet, answering questions you send us. You can reply to any of them; a real person reads them.

These are not marketing messages

This programme sends transactional messages about your job application only. We do not send promotional or marketing texts, and we do not have a separate marketing text programme you could be added to.

How you opt in

By ticking the optional “Text me about my application” box on our job application at careers.fivedaughtersbakery.com. The box is unchecked by default and applying does not require it — you can submit an application without agreeing to texts. We only text applicants who ticked that box.

How often

Message frequency varies — typically fewer than 5 messages per application: a confirmation when we receive it, then only as needed while your application is active.

Cost

We do not charge for these messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.

Stopping messages

Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. We honour it immediately and record it against your application, so no one on our team can text you afterwards.

Opting out of texts does not withdraw your job application. If you would still like to be considered, email us and we will contact you another way.

Getting help

Reply HELP to any message, or email careers@fivedaughtersbakery.com.

Delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and we cannot guarantee that every message arrives.

Your information

We do not sell or share your mobile number, or your consent to receive texts, with anyone else for marketing purposes. See our applicant privacy notice for what we collect and how long we keep it.
